newtonian mechanics - How do the two different force formulae ($F = ma$ and $F = Gfrac{m_1m_2}{r^2}$) relate to each other?

$F = ma$ and $F = G\frac{m_1m_2}{r^2}$ are two formulae. Aren't they measuring the same thing? How do they relate to each other?
