newtonian mechanics - Does the torque in the Euler's rotation equations is taking along the world frame or the rotating frame?

Euler's rotation equations state that:

M=Torque=IW'+WXIW

where W,W',I are taking along the rotating reference frame is M also taking along the rotating reference frame?

classical mechanics - Moment of a force about a given axis (Torque) - Scalar or vectorial?

I am studying Statics and saw that: The moment of a force about a given axis (or Torque) is defined by the equation: $M_X = (\vec r \times \...
