quantum mechanics - Expectation value of vectors for an electron in ground state of H atom

Why can't I make the following statement: <$\vec{r}$>=$= $\hat{r}$

I know this is not true since <$\vec{r}$>=0 and $= \frac{3}{2}$$a_{0}$

How about the validity of this statement ?: <$\vec{x}$>=$\hat{x}$

I am studying Statics and saw that: The moment of a force about a given axis (or Torque) is defined by the equation: $M_X = (\vec r \times \...
